Spiritual Healing Everywhere Reigns Inc, better known as S.H.E Reigns is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization founded in May 2020. At the time, the world stood still as the pandemic introduced a new way of life. In the midst of it all, God was planting purpose and provision for the children and community.
Through God's divine direction and protection, S.H.E Reigns emerges as a community-driven solution for children and their families to find life-changing resources and most of all relief from the pressures of daily life. We look forward to serving a community near you soon!

Our SHE-E-O and Founder
Teaera Raines
Teaera Raines is the visionary Founder and SHE‑E‑O of S.H.E Reigns Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to promoting spiritual enlightenment through education and access to resources. A lifelong advocate for purpose-driven living, Teaera has dedicated her career to empowering others through faith, strategy, and service.
Currently, Teaera serves as Director of an Atlanta-based nonprofit, where she oversees over $14 million in HUD funding—ensuring equitable community development and support for underserved populations. Her leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of systems, equity, and the transformative power of access.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Teaera is the Founder and Career Strategist behind The Sunshine Element, a spiritual and professional development practice designed for individuals navigating life transitions, career pivots, and identity shifts. Through this platform, she merges career clarity with spiritual grounding, creating pathways for people to thrive authentically in their purpose.
Teaera holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Troy University. A Certified Professional Resume Writer and member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, she brings a wealth of expertise to both her nonprofit leadership and client-facing work.
Teaera’s calling extends beyond the workplace. As a licensed minister, her spiritual leadership and heart for intergenerational healing shine through every facet of S.H.E Reigns. Her life’s work is a testament to her belief that faith, strategy, and community can shift lives.

Tiffany Anthony
Tiffany Anthony is a Marketing Director at a fortune 50 supply chain management company. She has 16+ years of experience in international business, possessing skills in marketing strategy, change management, partner channels, and revenue management. Tiffany possesses a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology and MBA with a focus on Supply Chain. She's completed various strategy and leadership programs, and most recently was selected to join the first future leader cohort led by an association of Black marketing executives.
Tiffany supports her family-owned business, Bombay & Cedar, with logistics and process improvement. Bombay & Cedar is a luxury lifestyle subscription box with carefully curated products for those who live a healthy lifestyle and love to inspire. Bombay & Cedar feature high-quality, earth-friendly & cruelty-free products, including aromatherapy, beauty, wellness, and discovery.
Tiffany is passionate about her husband, and family, mentoring young women, and always striving to be the servant leader God has called her to be.

Tarsha Crews
Tarsha Crews is a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for a national commercial chemical manufacturer. She is responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant with all of its regulatory obligations, serving as the liaison for the company with agencies such as the FDA, EPA, and DOT. She has served in this company for the past 14 years. Tarsha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She also completes recurring certifications in hazardous waste management, hazardous materials transportation, and hazard communication.
Tarsha owns Herban Creations, an all-natural product line that encompasses the essence of being herban and urban. Herban Creations specializes in natural formulations crafted by Tarsha, Thee Herban Creator. Product offerings include sea moss gel, elderberry syrup, herbal teas, apparel, and more.
She is passionate about her role as a wife as well as a mother to two boys, playfully coining herself as "City Mom".

I wish to pass along all of the wisdom, guidance, and love that was instilled in me through family, friends, and organizations such as S.H.E. Reigns.
